Our team of experts specialise not only in precast concrete design but also in the design of on site reinforced concrete structures.

Our designs are supported by a team of detailers who are highly skilled in Tekla and AutoCad.

All of our projects are modelled in 3D. We have found that projects using 3D models assist the Client, the Contractor, the Architect and the Precast Concrete Manufacturer to hit the key deliverables of safety, quality and time. 

We can support Precast Concrete Manufacturers in the testing of lintels, agricultural slats, chambers, culverts, prestressed bridge beams, slabs, columns and many other products to expand their current offerings and to develop new products. We can also assist in bringing these new products to market. 

We also offer Precast Concrete Inspection services.

This includes pre-pour and post-pour checks in the Precast Concrete factory or on the job site depending on the project. 

Our team can support you with a Pre-Purchase Home Survey or a Snag List. Both are detailed inspections of a property where a report including photos is issued within 48 hours to you. 

We are committed to offering Sustainable solutions to our clients using the most efficient design criteria. An example of an efficient design would be, a combination of a Sustainable Concrete mix with locally available cementitious replacements, a Precast Concrete section sized to use available moulds and split up to utilise full transportation weight limitations.
